BUSINESS FINANCIAL MANAGER

(Seeking qualified candidates who meet the following requirements)

Background: This work will involve the development of sensor, exploitation, and decision technology and systems for application to battle space awareness, targeting, command and control, and supporting infrastructure. The programs will create new capabilities in a dynamic, closed-loop process and will address the synergies between (a) appropriate sensor design, sensor control and data exploitation capabilities; (b) dynamic battle management systems; and (c) supporting infrastructure. This will encompass planning, monitoring, data collection and analysis, system analysis, evaluation, assessment, and documentation. Typical tasks include: data administration, information handling and exchange, program process support, custom business application development and data base support, and analytical and programmatic support.

Description: Duties and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to three (3) major task areas: Preparation of procurement packages, Tracking/analyses of budget and program execution (to include all aspects of acquisition involving the contractual, financial and programmatic content and issues of a program) and Technology Transfer through information exchanges. Also, responsible for Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) support, organization and execution of technical conferences and conference focal point(s) and adhoc support as required.

Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in a discipline applicable to the effort or as otherwise specified in a particular delivery order is desired. A minimum of five (5) years of practical experience; at least two years of experience in the pertinent area(s) applicable to the effort involved; a demonstrated working knowledge of DOD; and experience as a participant on a multi-disciplinary team is required. Must have or be capable of obtaining a security clearance rating of a minimum of SECRET by the start work date.
